We offer shipping to:

• West Malaysia (WM)

• East Malaysia (EM) — Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan

International shipping is not available at the moment.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

• East Malaysia: 4–7 working days​

Delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons or festive periods.

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe skincare should arrive with the same care it was created. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure your peace of mind with every purchase.

 

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us at +6012 496 6942 within

7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and returned with its original packaging. Once approved, we’ll assist with the next steps and arrange a refund or replacement.

Please note that our 7-day inspection period is not a trial window, products that have been used, or damaged by improper handling may not be eligible. We’ll transfer the refund to your bank account.

If an exchange is needed, we kindly ask that you complete the return process and place a new order. Any applicable price difference will be handled accordingly. Free gifts tied to a minimum spend must also be returned if the final value falls below the threshold.
