International shipping is not available at the moment.

Return & Exchange Policy
We believe skincare should arrive with the same care it was created. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure your peace of mind with every purchase.
1. Product Inspection Period
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the product received is incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact our customer service at +6012 496 6942 within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The product should be returned together with the invoice and original packaging, including any complimentary gifts (where applicable). Supporting photos or videos may be requested for verification purposes.
The 7-day period is provided for visual inspection and verification only. This period does not constitute a trial or usage period.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Malaysia, particularly in cases involving product defects, incorrect items, or misrepresentation.
2. Return & Exchange
a. Returned products should be unused and not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or usage beyond reasonable inspection. Proper return packaging, including the outer box, is required.
b. Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Requests made beyond 7 days for reasons other than product defects or fulfillment errors.
Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling.
Incomplete returns, including missing packaging, invoices, accessories, or complimentary gifts.
Returns assessed to be unreasonable based on objective evidence.
c. Discount codes, vouchers, and promotional offers are non-refundable once used.
Complimentary gifts must be returned if the retained order value no longer meets the qualifying threshold.
Products returned for personal reasons and subsequently reordered may not be eligible for repeated returns or exchanges.
